Softonic review

A manger and safe box for your online account information

If you have lots of online accounts, and find it hard to keep track of them, or get around the problem by using the same account information for everything, you need a password manager.

Password Manager from Large Software installs an add-on to your browser, to help save and retrieve password and account information. When on a log-in screen, hit the Password Manager button, and add account. Then you can save the login information for later use.

Managing your passwords is pretty easy - you can edit the details of any account you like with a few clicks. Note that if you create a new password for an account in Password Manager, you'll have to change it in the website's system too! For some sites, Password Manager will auto fill you information if you like, but at the moment this doesn't work for many.

If the auto fill doesn't work, your account password will be temporarily copied to the clipboard, so you can simply paste it into the password field on the site. If you purchase the program, you can also create a portable version, so you can carry your passwords around on a USB pen drive.

Password Manager is easy to use, and safe, so if you need somewhere to keep all your internet account information, it's not a bad place to put it.
